Refunds and Exchanges:

Requests for returns or exchanges must be made within 5 days of receiving your order. Please contact us/follow this link to request a return or exchange. Requests will be reviewed and approved. Approved requests will receive a return authorisation number. Please note that no requests for returns or exchanges can be accepted on our system without following this process. Any packages received without an approved return authorisation number will be rejected and not processed.

As all of our items are custom made for you to order, we cannot accept returns for a change of mind.

Exchanges For Size:

Please let us know what size you require on a note with your approved return, and we will send the correct size to you. We offer exchanges for sizing, but no refunds are given for incorrect size choices.

We are unable to accept return requests for items that have been worn, washed, altered, or are not in their original saleable condition.

Damaged Item:

We follow a rigorous quality checking process. Customer happiness is our top priority. If for any reason you receive an incorrect or faulty item, please let us know immediately. We will quickly resolve this. Please email us with your order number and a photo of the incorrect, damaged or faulty item and we will correct any issue.
